We grow 2 different types of oysters.


The traditionally Zeeuwse flat oyster

(Ostrea Edulis)

This oyster is very rare worldwide and therefore very exclusive.

The creuse oyster

(Crassostrea Gigas)

This oyster was introduced in the Dutch coastal waters in the 1960s, which generally grows more easily and is therefore globally available unlike the flat oyster.
We sell this oyster fresh, half-shell frozen and fully prepared to gratin.
